Dear children, I am the Mother of the God of Carmel; this God who manifests Himself in prayer, in silence, in the soft breeze of the Dew of the Holy Spirit.
The Father wants the Devotion to my Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart to be united with the Devotion of your Lady of Mount Carmel, because it is a Sign for the End Times. In my Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart the Advocation of Mount Carmel and the Devotion of the Sacred Scapular is manifested in its fullness; for the Scapular of Our Sacred Hearts, which I have given to the world in these End Times, is a compendium and a gathering of Graces.
My Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, like the cloud that rose over Carmel to illuminate Israel and all the righteous, comes in Divine Will to manifest itself in these times to illuminate them all. And with the Fire of Love, which crowns my Heart, I radiate clarity, peace and charity to all my children. And with the Scapular of the Sacred Hearts I clothe them with a new Grace, a new Force.
As Mother of the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart of Mount Carmel, I tell you that the Advocation par excellence of these End Times, my Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart, is deeply united with the Feast of your Mother of Mount Carmel, in such a way that the revelation of the Sorrowful and Immaculate Heart is the beginning of the Solemnity of Mount Carmel.
From this Place, which I consider my Carmel of the End Times, I bless you.
