Dear child:
We have called you prophet of our Sacred Hearts to tell humanity what you hear from our United Hearts. For not only by means of apparitions do you hear us, but also, since our Sacred Hearts are, in a mysterious way, incarnated in your heart, you also hear the confidences between my Holy Mother and Me: our desires, our wishes, our prayers and our longings for love.
And through this grace of our Incarnated Hearts mystically in you, we have allowed that now, from your hands, the sweat of our Tears, that is to say, the Tears that my Holy Mother and I shed for humanity will ooze from your hands in the form of exudation. And, this exudation, accompanied by Frosts which represent the graces that through these Tears we cause to exude from your hands, be granted to my children.
Therefore, Manuel of our United Sacred Hearts, our little Elijah, when you are exuding from your hands, our Tears with Frosts:
Make the Sign of the Cross over my children, pass small cloths over the palms of your hands and blessed objects, so that my children and pious objects receive the blessing and graces of our Tears of Love that we cause to exude from your hands.
I, bless you. And through our Frosty Tears that we cause to exude from your hands, we bless our entire Army of End Times Apostles.
